Retired Higher Education Administrator, Joined Board in 2012

Mr. Dusbiber has held multiple professional positions in higher education, including overall responsibility of a student housing program. Past leadership responsibilities include student services at St. Thomas University, institutional assessment and research at St. Catherine University and administration of the American College Personnel Association. Mr. Dusbiber has a doctorate in Education, Leadership, Policy, and Administration, and a master’s in Guidance and Counseling. He also serves as secretary for the Riverton Community Housing Board of Directors.
