The Marshall Student Housing Co-op (not to be confused with The Marshall, the new luxury apartment complex across the street) is a 16-unit apartment building located only two blocks from the U of M East Bank campus.

While the Marshall Co-op is small in size, it is big on value and convenience. A myriad of Dinkytown restaurants and establishments are within walking distance. Most move-ins at the Marshall Co-op occur in August and September, making it a great choice for students who would like to experience Dinkytown living to the fullest.

The cooperative housing model engages members to cultivate a voice in operations, gain leadership experience and advocate for a stronger community.
