Jeff Bennett is a leadership and career transitions coach dedicated to helping individuals realign their careers with purpose. A seasoned Human Resources professional, formerly from 3M, he has extensive experience supporting diverse functions and industries. He has also held roles in IT, Product Design, and Project Management, championing authentic leadership and team excellence.

Jeff is an advocate for healthy work-life balance and a growth mindset. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri, and earned an MBA from St. Edward’s University. He is currently pursuing coaching certification through the International Coaching Federation.
