Neil Kolatkar

Board Member, Joined Board in 2012

Neil is a member of the Occupier Services practice group at CBRE focusing exclusively on office and industrial tenant representation. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received his Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas College of Law. Prior to joining CBRE, Neil clerked at the law firm of Barna, Guzy and Steffen and worked in the legal department at Regis Corporation focusing primarily on business, real estate and corporate governance. Neil has been a Riverton board member since 2012 and currently serves as chair of the Planning and Development Committee.
